Policies & Fees
Pet Vacation Visits
For the health and well-being of your pets, we require the following:
A minimum of 3 visits per day for dogs that do not have access to a doggy door or are not used to using potty pads.
We require a minimum of one visit per day for all cats.
Holiday Rates
The following holidays will incur a $5.00 surcharge per visit:
Easter Sunday
Independence Day
Labor Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day
A 50% deposit may be required to hold your holiday vacation dates. This will be applied to your final invoice and is 100% refundable up to 2-weeks in advance of holiday if cancellation is required.
Bank Fees
There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.
